Open House for Indian community members

Embassy of India, Sao Tome organises open house meetings on consular services on last Wednesday of every quarter between 1100 hrs to 1230 hrs. 

The objective of the open house meetings is to engage with Indian nationals as well as persons of Indian origin on consular matters such as issuance of passports, OCI cards, visas or other services and to address specific issues raised. Members of Indian community residing in Sao Tome are welcome to attend these Open House meetings.   Any person with a petition or  unresolved issue, including consular or visa issues, that he/she would  like to raise, is welcome to attend the “Open House” as scheduled above.  In case the Embassy is closed on that day due to an official holiday,  then the Open House will be held on the following day at the same time.

In addition, Indian citizens in Sao Tome can send messages to the Embassy of India, Sao Tome at admn[dot]saotome[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in in case of any difficulty faced by them in obtaining passport services and consular help.
