The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) invites applications from International students for scholarships at Indian Universities and Institutes for the academic year 2026-27.
 
Programs available: (i) Diploma Courses (ii) Undergraduate (UG) (iii) Postgraduate (PG) (iv) Ph.D. Programs
 
Applications will be accepted online starting 27 February 2026 through the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal: https://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/
